Returns Policy

We stand by our product and offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 7 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible for returns,


  • Products must bereturned with all accessories
  • Products must include original packaging
  • Products must be with proof of purchase
  • Returns may be rejected if items fail to meet the above requirements


The following products cannot be returned for reasons.


  • Products repaired or changed by 3rd parties
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products without all accessories
  • Products that have expired warranty period
  • Products purchased not from tilvision.com
  • Non-quality-related issues after 7 days of purchase
  • Damaged by outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products, including, but not limited to falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly


Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Tilvision reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

How do I return my items?

You have up to 7 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.


  • We do not charge any extra fees on the returns.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • Shipping costs must be covered by buyer.
  • Items from different orderscan be returned within the same package.
  • Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.




Step 1

Please email us at support@tilvision.com and show the proof of purchase (Name and model number order number, picture of product and your name) and describe the reason of returning the products.

Step 2

We will get back to you with a returned authorization from Tilvision within 48 hours.

Step 3

Ship products that have been authorized for return to the address below:

How can I get the refund?

You will receive your refund within 48 hours after we have received and confirmed your item. Refunds will be applied to the form of original payment method used to make the order.
