Q: Why there's no power of smart camera?

  1. Ensure the power switch is at ‘ON’ position. please refer to the instruction manual.
  1. Charge the smart camera for a while.

Q: The smart camera can’t be added in the app.

  1. Follow the steps in the app to add the devices.

  1. Ensure the network is working properly.

  2. Keep the distance between smart phone smart camera and router very close.

Q: What’s frequency of Wi-Fi?

The smart camera must connect with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (do not support 5GHz).

Q: Does the smart camera save videos and photos so I can view them later?

Yes and video duration depends on the SD card

Q: How long will the batteries last?

The full charged batteries can last around 3-6 months for normal use.

Check the wiring connection and electricity of power supply.
